At times that Journey will be scary and fraught with uncertainty. Fortunately, there are a number of places where you can seek help and advice during these challenging times, such as health visitors, GP, family and friends. We believe that we also share that role as a childcare provider.

How can Happy Days Nurseries help you make a difference to your child’s early years?

You will already have built strong bonds and attachments with your child and we will help you to cherish these bonds by providing you and your family with a dedicated person who will specialise in supporting you and your child as you become part of the nursery. The dedicated person will focus on getting to know you both to enable the nursery to develop settling sessions that suit your requirements. They will work closely with you to understand what is important to you and your child and ensure that they are able to offer the support you need at all times. So, if you rock your child to sleep, we will too, if you like your child to have certain routines, we will maintain these.

Children need to feel happy and confident before they are able to develop and extend their skills. Happy Days Nurseries specialise in extending the emotional security you offer at home into the nursery, to enable your child to feel safe and secure at all times.

A caring team of staff will recognise when your child needs a hug, they will remember the word your child uses to mean they want a drink and they will always be quick to notice a child who is not playing with the others. These small things make a big difference in helping children to continue to feel cherished and cared for even when you can’t be there. This is why we will always work closely with you to ensure that both you and your child are happy, contented and secure.

Children need to be able to make choices and decisions and purposeful play should always follow the child’s lead and interests if we want them to achieve well. With the right resources, children begin to show their likes, dislikes and interests from an early age. Whether it is a baby who carefully and determinedly picks up the toy they want from the range in front of them or a child who prefers to spend time outdoors, each child is demonstrating their ability to make choices. Staff at Happy Days are quick to recognise and pick up on these clues and use them to plan exciting experiences to help and support your child to achieve their best.

When you choose Happy Days, you can be confident that your child will always be recognised and treated as a unique individual, that wherever your child is in the nursery they will have a key person who will always look out for them and help them to make the next steps confidently. You can be certain that we will always work with you to ensure that our care and education matches your expectations and wishes.

From a child’s first day at nursery, to preparing for transition into school, Happy Days Nurseries can help you to make a difference to your child’s early years.

We will be there, every step of the way, for your child and for you…

We look forward to welcoming you.

Yours sincerely,
